COVERAGE

Where we run

Six counties supplied from the Savannah terminals, from Bulloch down to Brunswick. Chatham has the shortest supply line because the terminals sit inside it; Glynn is the farthest at roughly 80 miles, and we will say so before you sign rather than after you notice.

HOW IT WORKS

The delivery, and the proof

A cadence you can schedule a crew around

Most accounts settle into a standing weekly or bi-weekly rhythm once the burn rate is known, and that standing slot is what holds during harvest, during a build phase, and during the weeks when everyone on the coast needs fuel the same Tuesday. Unscheduled runs are quoted with a realistic window on the first call rather than a hopeful one. If a window moves, you hear it from a person before you notice it yourself.

Metered gallons, signed ticket, clean invoice

Every drop is metered and closed out with the date, the product, the volume and where it went. That record is what makes off-road gallons defensible and what makes job costing reconcile without a phone call. Dyed and clear product are documented separately, because the classification is the part that carries penalties if it is wrong.

Coverage that is local, not claimed

Trueline works with petroleum distributors already running these six counties rather than claiming a map from somewhere else. That is the whole difference between coverage and a coverage page. We name the counties we deliver to, we say which ones are farther out, and we tell you plainly when a site sits at the edge of the range.

Site access handled up front

Gate codes, badges, escorts, port credentials and after-hours contacts live on the account. Chatham terminal zones need TWIC-credentialed drivers; large industrial sites need vendor pre-approval and safety orientation; rural western sites need a trailer rather than a transport. Tell us once and it travels with every order instead of being rediscovered at the gate.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers

What is the minimum delivery?
100 gallons per product on scheduled deliveries, 55 on DEF. Smaller top-offs are quoted case by case, usually when they ride along with a nearby stop.
How fast is an emergency delivery?
It depends on the county and what is already on the schedule. Chatham is fastest because the terminals sit inside it; Glynn is farthest at roughly 80 miles. Dispatch quotes a realistic time on the first call rather than a hopeful one.
Can you fuel equipment overnight with nobody on site?
Yes, once gate access and equipment locations are documented on the account. That is the usual arrangement for fleet yards, and it is why the access details get captured before the first delivery rather than during it.
How is pricing set?
Bulk fuel is priced off the daily rack, which moves, plus a delivery differential quoted before the first drop. We will walk through the structure before you commit to anything. If a supplier will not explain their index and their fees plainly, that is worth noticing.
Do you handle dyed fuel documentation?
Yes. Dyed off-road deliveries are ticketed separately from clear product with the required notice language, so off-road gallons stand up if anyone asks. We document the classification; your accountant advises on the tax position.
