Distance from the Savannah terminals shapes what response looks like: Chatham is fastest because the marine terminals sit inside the county, Bryan is roughly 30 miles out, Liberty 40, Bulloch 55, and Glynn is the farthest at roughly 80 with Jacksonville as an alternate source. That is worth knowing when you are deciding between a standing cadence and calling as needed.
