Clear diesel delivered to the yard
What on-site bulk actually changes
Fleets that fuel at retail lose driver hours to station stops and lose visibility into per-vehicle consumption. On-site bulk removes both. A truck that leaves the yard full does not detour, does not queue, and does not turn a fifteen-minute stop into forty. Across a fleet running twenty or thirty units, the recovered time is worth considerably more than the difference in cents per gallon, which is usually where these conversations start and rarely where they should end.
How delivery works
Minimum delivery is 100 gallons, and typical orders run 500 to 7,500. Most fleets settle into a weekly cadence, though tank-level triggered replenishment works well for operations with uneven consumption. Overnight delivery is standard where the yard allows it, so the fleet rolls full at shift start without anyone waiting on a truck. Before the first delivery we confirm the drop point, the access route, and the fill schedule. Product is ultra-low-sulfur diesel to spec.
Documentation and reporting
Every delivery generates documentation recording product, volume, and date — the record your accountant needs for fuel tax reporting, without anyone reconstructing it from receipts later. For operations tracking consumption by unit, per-delivery documentation is what makes the numbers reconcile against your own dispatch records. This is unglamorous and it is one of the more common reasons fleets change suppliers.
Who we deliver to
This line serves trucking and drayage fleets, distribution centers, municipal and utility fleets, bus operators, and any yard with enough vehicles that station fueling has become a scheduling problem. It pairs naturally with DEF on the same stop for fleets running post-2010 equipment, and with tank rental where the yard has no storage. We deliver it across the coastal Georgia counties listed below.
